The workpiece, which is treated with powder coating manually or automatically, is subjected to baking (curing) process for the polymerization of the powder coating by having the surface temperature of the workpiece in the range of 180-200 °C for 10 minutes. Baking ovens are designed to perform this process and it is possible to manufacture them in accordance with manual or automatic working systems. Manual baking ovens are box type (Box Type) and are generally widely used in enterprises where surface cleaning is done manually or by dipping method and painting is done manually. It can be designed according to part dimensions and capacity. In automatic lines, baking ovens are tunnel type. After the material hanging on the conveyor line passes through the electrostatic powder coating booth, it is directed to the baking oven by means of the conveyor.
